Under this program you may turn yourself in without posting a bond. You are required to bring $25.00 non-refundable fee for each warrant. You can turn yourself in without being detained on any Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
If you come in between 7:30am and 10:00am, court will be the next business day at 9am.
If you come in between 10:00am and 10:00pm court will be 2 business days out at 9am.
This must be done in person at the Minnehaha County Jail at 305 W. 4th St. Sioux Falls, SD 57104.
This process involves filling out an information sheet and receiving a court date. Court dates will not be set on holidays. If you do not appear at this hearing a fail to appear warrant will be issued for your arrest.
