The purpose of this form is to voluntarily share information with law enforcement regarding children with special needs. This information will be shared with deputies who work in Minnehaha County and may be used to help identify, locate, and communicate with these children. The information will be added to our record keeping system to ensure deputies have the best information when responding to a call for service.
